Return / Exchange Policy
IMPORTANT! If your package is returned to us due to you (the buyer) using an incorrect shipping address then we will refund your purchase and withhold a $6.00 restocking fee. You (the buyer) are responsible for providing us the correct shipping address on file with your local postal service. We can't reship your item.
Exchanges are not accepted for any reason.
We not not accept returns from Canada. Items are sold as it.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery . Item must be in like new condition. Exchanges are not accepted. Please notify us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to return an item. If 14 days have passed your return request will be denied.
U.S and Canada Damaged Items
In a rare case that you receive a product with a defect from our production process we will ask you to send a picture via email of the defect. By that picture we will determine if the product warrants a replacement. If we find our production process was at fault we will ship you another one free of charge of the exact same product. (we cannot replace items damaged by the buyer)
We do not replace or refund item damaged during installation. In rare cases a installation may not go as planned and you may ruin your decal, but this is not something we have control over. You will need to purchase a replacement.
Damaged packages from the USPS (postal service) is beyond our control and we take no responsibility of how it's handled once we ship it. Note: Should USPS damage your package the product inside may still be usable in most cases as vinyl is a forgiving material.
Each package we ship will have a tracking number to U.S customers and once it shows delivered to the address you provided then we take no responsibility of what happens thereafter with your package. You are responsible for the providing a correct address and your property.
